Kareemgraphy (Abdul Kareem) is a calligraffiti artist and designer whose masterpieces emerge from his creative experiments that blend calligraphy with graffiti art. As the graffiti artist for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, Dubai World Cup 2024, and AFC Asian Cup 2023, and through collaborations with globally renowned brands, his creativity has been widely celebrated.
He began his journey in Arabic calligraphy during his early years in Medina, dedicating years to mastering traditional calligraphy. Combining his artistry with 13 years of experience at the world-renowned advertising agency Leo Burnett in Dubai and Doha, he creates striking works where letters merge with modern art.
Kareemgraphy passionately employs his art to promote both calligraphy and graffiti. His impactful work has earned recognition from global media outlets such as Al Ahram Egypt, Khaleej Times, Gulf Times, Al Kaas TV, Al Jazeera, The Peninsula Qatar, Al Raya, Deccan Herald, MediaOne TV, and others.
In 2020, he founded Kagrart in Calicut, India, a center dedicated to the training and promotion of art and calligraphy. Kareemgraphy has led numerous workshops in cities such as Istanbul, Egypt, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Qatar University, Indonesia, and across India.
He was honored to perform art installation at the Dubai World Cup Horse Race 2024 in collaboration with AC Milan and Emirates, and was an invited artist at the International Graffiti Festival in Central Java, Indonesia. In February 2024, Kareemgraphy showcased his live calligraphy at The Amir Sword International Equestrian Festival Doha, Qatar, in collaboration with Al Shaqab and Bentley Motors.
He performed live calligraphy alongside the poetry recital of the esteemed Indian poet, writer, and lyricist Javed Akhtar, at Jashn e Rekhta in New Delhi – a major literature festival in India. At the Malabar Literature Festival in Kozhikode, his performance was integrated with a live musical act, showcasing the theatrical expression of his masterstrokes.

Performed live calligraffiti for the Qatar Ministry of Culture during the World Cup season.
